The event is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM EDT, and conclude at approximately 4:00 PM EDT.

Ronald M. DeFeo, Terex Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom Riordan, President and Chief Operating Officer, along with the Chief Financial Officer, segment presidents, and other key executives, will provide insight into the Company's longer term strategies and activities that support these strategies.
