Terex to Present at Robert W. Baird Industrial Conference

WESTPORT, CT, November 3, 2005 – Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) today announced that it will participate in the Robert W. Baird Industrial Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel located in Chicago, Illinois on Wednesday, November 9, 2005. The meeting will include a presentation by Phil Widman, Terex's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Tom Gelston, Director of Investor Relations.
