John L. Garrison, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors

John L. Garrison, Jr. was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Terex Corporation on November 2, 2015, and Chairman of the Board of Directors on August 15, 2018. An accomplished and versatile corporate and industrial leader, Mr. Garrison was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fort Worth, Texas-based Bell Helicopter, a major unit of Textron, Inc., from 2009-November 2015. During his tenure at Bell, Mr. Garrison championed the revitalization of Bell’s commercial product line, improved execution of their military programs and modernized the company’s systems, processes and facilities. Before his time at Bell, Mr. Garrison served as President of Textron’s industrial segment, which comprises four businesses: E-Z-GO golf carts, Greenlee, Jacobsen and Kautex. Prior to that he was President of E-Z-GO, where he initiated and led a highly successful turnaround. Mr. Garrison joined Textron in 2002 from Azurix Corporation, a global water company, where he was President, Chairman and CEO. He was previously Vice President and General Manager of Case Corporation’s North American Agricultural Group, and Vice President and General Manager of the Case Agricultural Systems Group. Mr. Garrison is a 1982 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he received a bachelor’s degree in engineering, later earning an MBA degree with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He spent a decade in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger qualified artillery officer and taught in the Department of Social Services at West Point. Mr. Garrison served as the past President and Chairman of American Helicopter Society’s International and Chairman of Vertical Flight Foundation, a board member for the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA), and as a Cabinet member of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation’s American Patriots Campaign.

John D. Sheehan, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sheehan was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer on February 27, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mylan, Inc., a global pharmaceutical company, from 2010 through April 1, 2016. Prior to joining Mylan, Mr. Sheehan worked in a variety of financial positions at Delphi Corporation, a global supplier to the auto industry. During his last two years at Delphi he served as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mr. Sheehan’s experience includes 20 years with KPMG LLP where he was an Audit Engagement Partner, including an assignment in Germany. Mr. Sheehan received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and is a CPA in the State of Michigan.

Stacey B. Babson-Smith, Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

Stacey Babson-Smith was named Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in 2008. Ms. Babson-Smith joined Terex in 2002 as Corporate Counsel, Human Resources Compliance. In 2005, she was appointed Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Employment & Global Diversity.

Prior to joining Terex, Ms. Babson-Smith worked at national and global law firms with a specialty in employment law, labor relations, and workforce management, and served on loan to key clients as in-house counsel for employment issues and for delivering full HR support.

Ms. Babson-Smith holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardoso School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Since 2002, she has volunteered for Pro Bono Partnership and was awarded Outstanding Volunteer of the Year by that organization. In 2011, Ms. Babson-Smith was named a ͞"Woman Worth Watching" by Diversity Journal Magazine.

Andrew Campbell, Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Andrew Campbell was appointed Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Terex Corporation on November 7, 2016. He is responsible for all information systems for Terex globally and will serve as the principal technology advisor to the senior management team. Previously he served as Vice President and Group Chief Information Officer of Xerox Document Technology. Prior to Xerox, Andrew held IT leadership positions at General Electric, Ceridian Corporation and Dais Analytic Corporation. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing and computer applications.

Mark I. Clair, Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

Mark I. Clair was named Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company on June 8, 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Clair served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hexcel Corporation, a composite material manufacturing company from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Clair previously held the Assistant Controller position for Terex Corporation from 2005 -2007. Prior to Terex, Mr. Clair spent 17 years with United States Steel Corporation serving in finance roles of increasing responsibility including, internal audit, external reporting and tax accounting, operations accounting and analysis, operations controller of the ore mining division and Corporate Director of General and Consolidation Accounting. Mr. Clair received a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Matthew S. Fearon, President, Terex Aerial Work Platforms

Matt Fearon has been President, Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) since January 2013. Previously, he was Vice President and Managing Director of the AWP Americas business. Matt has been with Terex AWP and Genie for 20 years and brings more than 25 years of industry experience and leadership to his role. Most recently, he has been Vice President and General Manager of the AWP Americas business. Prior to this, Matt was Managing Director of AWP Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia. Prior to Terex, Matt held engineering positions at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Hercules Aerospace and at the former Genie Industries. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has been a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) since 2005.

Amy J. George, Senior Vice President Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer

Amy George was appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer on December 9, 2019. She previously served as Vice President, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer since November 2017. Ms. George began her Terex career in February 2007. Prior to joining Terex, Ms. George was employed by PepsiCo for almost 10 years, and held a variety of leadership roles in Human Resources, culminating in her position as Vice President, Global Diversity. Prior to that, Ms. George was employed for ten years at James River Corporation, now Georgia Pacific, where she held management positions in a variety of functions, including Sales, General Management, Customer Administration and Human Resources. She began her career in Human Resources at Chesebrough-Ponds. Ms. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Kieran Hegarty, President, Terex Materials Processing

Kieran Hegarty was named President, Terex Materials Processing in March 2010. Prior to this position, Mr Hegarty was Vice President, Materials Processing, a position he had held since January 2006. Previously, he held general management positions for both the former Finlay and the Powerscreen business, based in Northern Ireland. Prior to that he held general management positions in the United States for two subsidiaries of Powerscreen International. He joined Powerscreen International in 1992. Powerscreen was acquired by Terex in 1999. Mr. Hegarty earned a bachelors degree in Psychology from Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland and an MBA degree from the University of Ulster, also located in Belfast.

Scott J. Posner, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Scott J. Posner was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2019. Previously, Mr. Posner had been serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of the Company since April 2012. He joined Terex in January 2004 as Legal Counsel and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility since that time. Prior to joining Terex, Mr. Posner was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Posner received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Boris Schoepplein, President, Terex Parts & Services

Boris Schoepplein was appointed President, Terex Parts & Services, on June 1, 2018. Mr. Schoepplein held senior leadership roles at AGCO Corporation in Parts and Services for 12 years. Since 2015, he served as Vice President, Global Parts & EAME Aftersales and Services. In that role he held P&L responsibility for AGCO’s Global Parts business as well as the Commercial and Technical Services business in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Parts, initially for EAME and APAC, and then for Global & EAME. Earlier he was Director in the Strategy & Integration team of AGCO Corporation. Mr. Schoepplein also worked for 10 years in the German Automotive practice of Accenture as a Senior Manager in their Strategy business line and Accenture’s Automotive leadership team. He holds a University Diploma for Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany.

David Viney, Treasurer

David Viney was named Treasurer on July 1, 2019. Mr. Viney previously held the position of Vice President, Global Capital Markets & Securitization for Terex Financial Services since August 2016. Prior to joining Terex, Mr. Viney was Managing Director and Head of Origination at Finacity Corporation. Previously, Mr. Viney held Investment Banking leadership positions in the United States, the United Kingdom and Qatar at The Royal Bank of Scotland, IBJ International, NationsBank Europe and Barclays. Mr. Viney earned an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School/University of Wales and a Financial Studies Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Randy S. Williamson, Vice President, Corporate Development & Chief Strategy Officer

Randy S. Williamson was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development & Chief Strategy Officer on December 9, 2019. Mr. Williamson previously held the position of Vice President, Strategy & Planning since 2007. Prior to joining Terex Mr. Williamson held various strategy and general management positions at DuPont, Booz Allen and Solvay. He holds an MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Clemson University.
