Kevin Trimmer became Senior Vice President, Terex Operating System on September 1, 2024. He is a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Trimmer is responsible for leading the Terex Operating System (TOS), which enables Terex to operate its business and functions in a common way to ensure optimization, effectiveness, and efficiency. This involves building, deploying, and improving Terex’s long-term strategic plan, driving accountability of standard processes and continuous improvement across the various business management systems, and leading the Company’s business integration teams for newly acquired businesses to align them with Terex systems, functions, processes and values. Previously, Mr. Trimmer served as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics & Distribution at Genie since October 2022, where he oversaw supply-chain-related activities for raw materials and machines along with all global machine distribution (PDI) centers. Prior to joining Genie, he held leadership roles across multiple functions at Vertiv and Eaton for over 16 years. He has a Bachelor of Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
